Create your first post

The post composer supports Image, Video, Audio, Link, and Live. Behind-the-scenes media attaches to another post as BTS Video or BTS Audio; it is not a standalone post type.

Create a post

1. Open the creator publishing flow.
2. Select a post type at the top. The default type is Image.
3. Add the required media and content.
4. Add a title and description or text when required.
5. Choose the post's access: Free, Members-only, Paid, or an eligible tier or one-time sale option.
6. Select one chapter. If you need a new chapter, create it inline without leaving the composer.
7. Add optional tags, BTS media, One Click Link, comment settings, notifications, or a schedule.
8. Review the post.
9. Select Publish.

Share your post

After you publish a post, VAST opens a sharing window confirming that the post is live. The window includes a promotional image for the post, which you can download.

From this window you can:

• share the post directly to WhatsApp, SMS, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn;
• copy the post link to share it anywhere else;
• close the window and share the post later.

Required versus optional information

Every published post needs a post type, title, access setting, and exactly one chapter. The composer marks required and optional fields separately.
