Set up subscription tiers

Subscription tiers let members support your ongoing work in exchange for defined access and benefits.

Create a tier

1. Open My Tiers from your side menu.
2. Select Create tier.
3. Add a tier name, price, description, cover image, and benefits.
4. Mark one tier as recommended if you want to guide members toward it.
5. Preview the tier.
6. Save or publish it.

There is no hard cap on the number of tiers. Three to five tiers is the recommended operating range so members can understand the choices.

Assign content to a tier

When a post supports paid access, choose the applicable subscription tier. Explain what the tier includes and how it differs from a one-time purchase.

Delete a tier

A tier cannot be deleted while it has active members. Remove the tier's active members first, then wait until the end of their current billing period. The tier can be deleted once that period ends.
