Organize content with chapters

Chapters organize your public post library. Every published post belongs to exactly one chapter.

Create a chapter

  1. Open Dashboard or the post composer.
  2. Select Add chapter.
  3. Add a title, description, cover image, and focal point.
  4. Save the chapter.

You can create an empty chapter internally. Empty chapters remain private and are not shown to members.

Add posts to a chapter

Choose the chapter while creating or editing a post. A post can belong to one chapter at a time. You can create a chapter inline from the composer without losing your draft.

Chapter limits and visibility

  • The standard channel limit is twelve chapters.
  • Onboarding can suggest or create no more than eight chapters.
  • There is no defined limit on posts inside a chapter.
  • A chapter becomes visible to members only when it contains a published post.
  • Chapters sort automatically by most recent post activity.
  • Chapters can also be reordered by drag and drop.

Edit or delete a chapter

Chapter management can include the title, description, cover, focal point, post count, access indication, and edit/delete actions. Destructive actions require confirmation. If the chapter contains monetized content, review the notice and implications before deleting it.
