Save, schedule, archive, or delete a post

A post can be held as a draft, scheduled for later, archived out of active presentation, or deleted permanently.

Save a draft

Save a draft when the post is incomplete. Reopen it from your drafts area to continue editing. Keep large source files until the draft or final post is safe.

Schedule a post

  1. Complete the post composer.
  2. Open scheduling.
  3. Choose the calendar date and time.
  4. Review the scheduled preview.
  5. Save the schedule.

Scheduled posts can be edited, rescheduled, published immediately, or deleted with confirmation.

Edit a published post

Select Edit on the post, make your changes, then select Update. Your revisions are saved and published together.

Archive a post

Archive a published post when you want to remove it from active presentation while keeping the possibility of restoration or reuse. Archived content can be restored, edited, or permanently deleted.

Delete a post

Caution

Review the confirmation carefully before deleting. A member who purchased the post once retains access to that purchased content after deletion, and your decision to delete a post does not, by itself, qualify the buyer for a refund. If the post is part of a tier, handle the tier and its assigned content before making the deletion.
