Manage payment methods and billing
Open Settings to review your payment methods, billing history, subscriptions, and purchased posts.
Billing information to review
Depending on the transaction, you may see:
- creator and tier or post title;
- amount and currency;
- billing date or purchase date;
- payment status;
- subscription access period;
- receipt or notification email.
Payment security
Caution
Payment data is handled by approved payment providers. VAST does not need your raw card number in a support request. Share only the transaction identifier or the last four digits if Support specifically requests them through a secure process.
Failed payment
Review the payment method, update it if needed, and follow the retry or billing instructions shown. A failed payment can affect subscription access according to the applicable billing policy.
